Social Patter

Done-for-you cold email

We book qualified
sales calls. You pay
for the ones that show.

We build the list, write the emails, run the sending infrastructure and work every reply until a qualified prospect is sitting on your calendar. You take the call.

  • No retainer
  • No long contract
  • No fee on no-shows

01The gap

Referrals are not
a pipeline.

A referral arrives when somebody happens to remember you. Inbound only reaches people already shopping. Neither one is a system you can turn up.

Without a channel that starts conversations with qualified strangers on purpose, next quarter is decided by timing and luck. Outbound is the only lever where you control the input and the volume.

02The model

The call shows up.
Then the fee applies.

Qualification gets agreed in writing before a single email sends. If the prospect does not fit the terms, or does not attend, there is no performance fee for that call. The incentive sits on our side of the table.

  1. 01

    Qualified

Matches the company size, role and conditions we agreed on before launch.

  2. 02

    Booked

Picks a time on your calendar. Confirmed, reminded and reconfirmed by us.

  3. 03

    Attended

Shows up and holds a real sales conversation with you.

  4. 04

    Billed

One clear performance fee. Nothing for unqualified calls. Nothing for no-shows.

Part one

Tech fee

Covers your outbound infrastructure: sending domains, inboxes, data, sending platform, warm-up and copy. Flat monthly. No markup games.

Part two

Performance fee

Charged per qualified sales call that attends. Agreed up front, per call, in writing. If nothing attends, this line is zero.

03Process

We run the
outreach. You
take the calls.

Four moving parts. All four sit with us.

Book a call
  1. 01

    Build the list

We define the target with you, then pull and verify decision-makers who match it. Bad data is the fastest way to burn a domain, so nothing goes out unverified.

  2. 02

    Write the emails

Short, specific, written like a person. Built around the problem your buyer already knows they have, not a feature list they did not ask for.

  3. 03

    Run the sending

Separate domains, warmed inboxes, sequenced follow-ups, deliverability monitored daily. Your primary domain never sends a cold email.

  4. 04

    Work the replies

Every reply handled by us. We qualify, answer questions, handle the back-and-forth and put the confirmed meeting on your calendar.

05Fit

We would rather say no
than waste your quarter.

Good fit

  • You sell to other businesses with a defined buyer
  • One closed deal is worth four figures or more
  • Somebody can actually take the calls we book
  • You can follow up and close without hand-holding
  • You want a channel you control, not another referral prayer

Not a fit

  • Consumer products or impulse purchases
  • Deal value too small to cover a performance fee
  • No calendar time to take meetings
  • You want leads handed over with nobody to work them
  • You need results next week with no warm-up window
06FAQ

Straight
answers.

If something is not covered here, ask it on the call. We would rather over-explain the model than sign somebody who misread it.

What counts as a qualified call?

Before launch we agree in writing on the companies, roles and conditions that count. A qualified call matches those terms, shows clear intent, books a time and attends. No moving the goalposts after the fact, in either direction.

What happens if someone does not show?

You pay no performance fee for that meeting. We chase the reschedule ourselves. If they later attend, it becomes billable then and not before.

What does Social Patter actually handle?

List building, copy, sending infrastructure, deliverability, follow-ups, reply handling, qualification and booking. You take the call and close the deal. That split is the whole point.

Do you charge a traditional agency retainer?

No. There is a tech fee covering your outbound infrastructure: sending domains, inboxes, data, sending platform and copy. Past that you only pay for qualified calls that show up.

How long until the first calls land?

Infrastructure and inbox warm-up take roughly two to three weeks before the first send. That window is not optional. Skipping it is how campaigns land in spam permanently.

Will this hurt our domain reputation?

No. We never send from your primary domain. We register and warm separate sending domains that look and read like you, so your main domain stays clean.

Next step

Qualified sales calls.
You pay when they show.

Twenty minutes. We define what a qualified call looks like for you, and you find out whether outbound is worth running at all. No deck.
